Anne Mokros (President) has been helping people get their message across for over 20 years. She has worked in a variety of industries with companies of one to over 100,000 employees in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Her experience includes writing user guides and marketing collateral in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, managing IT projects, identifying user needs and business requirements, developing business cases and communications plans, and writing a weekly newspaper column. The common thread throughout her career is her passion for a good story, which has helped her develop keen listening skills.
