What They Do
ALTC offers a range of services designed to support adult learners:
- Personalized Assessments: Conducting in-depth evaluations to determine individual skill levels and personal goals. Based on these assessments, tailored training programs are developed to meet each learner’s needs.
- One-on-One and Small Group Training: Providing individualized instruction and small group sessions to enhance learning experiences. Training is delivered by qualified volunteer mentors who support learners throughout their educational journey.
- Online Learning Resources: Offering access to free online learning programs with 24-hour support from instructors and technical assistance. These resources are provided by independent e-learning organizations and are available to learners with internet access.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of training programs, learners receive certificates acknowledging their achievements. These certificates serve as a record of their progress and can be valuable for employment or further educational opportunities.
